Springfield Marina amenity block

I’d just like to make you and the SLM group aware of a planning application that LVRPA is about to submit to update facilities at Springfield Marina.

The Authority is intending to apply for planning permission to the LB Waltham Forest for a new amenity block at the Marina.  The scheme will  involve the partial demolition of the existing shower/toilet block and removal of the existing disabled toilet facilities which will be included in an improved facility designed to serve the boaters who use the Marina.  On the assumption that planning permission will be granted during the summer it is anticipated that works will commence shortly after with completion in September.

The Marina is now managed by the Lee Valley Leisure Trust.
